Picked upload! Create-a-Sim: Adjustable Female Breast sliders

Picked Upload! This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

This upload adds custom CAS sliders that basically adjust the bones of the skeletons. This allows us to change properties of the Sim that where previously unchangable, and achieve a more realistic Sims game.

The following sliders are included:
- Breast Depth
- Breast Distance (Cleavage)
- Breast Fullness
- Breast Scale
- Breast Vertical Height

These sliders work for Teens to Elders, Females only. They do appear for Males but this is for genetics (passing down the gene).

Where do these appear?

These appear in the Mouth CAS tab, in the Advanced page, under the Global setting.

Why Mouth? Well, the game has hard limits on the number of sliders it loads in at any one time. This is set to 20. All of the current CAS tabs have 16 sliders already in the game, with the exception of the Mouth tab which only has 11. This means that for me to add 5 new sliders, this is the only place it can be added.

I'd like to thank all of the people who tested the previous version and who pointed out the problems with the Jaw sliders getting disabled.

How do I install these?

Use the Helper Monkey or install as per the Install Instructions tab.

How do I uninstall these?

Delete the .package file from Mods\Packages. You may need to clear your caches out for it to disappear entirely.

Known Issues

These sliders are for English Language games only. If your game is in any other language, you will not see the descriptions properly! These descriptions may be added via editing of the STBL resource, and I encourage anybody to do so (I'll post them up here with full credit).

Note that these do not work for all clothes. Some female clothing will not appear as larger breasts - this is due to the way the clothing is built. Additionally some meshes/clothing will look strange with larger breasts - this is not something I can fix, and, again, is due to the way the clothing is built

Thanks to all the people who beta tested the originals, including CatRose, toddler430 and everybody in the original thread. Thanks to EsmeraldaF for the picture used on this upload. Thanks to HystericalParoxysm for the before/after pic.

Final notes

I do not take requests!. Any requests for additional sliders will not be acknowledged. I am working on other sliders, including height and butt, but time is scarce, and I ask you all to be patient and not ask for other sliders. Thanks.

You must have the expansion, game version or stuff packs listed below installed to use this custom content. Please see the post text for any exceptions.

I brought the EU-FR version of the game but it broke the compatibility with your mod (Mac OS X version)

The thing is that now we have two places where mod can go if i'm right :
the "old" place :
Sims 3.app/Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages
and the "new" place : Sims 3.app/Contents/AddOns/Sims 3 World Adventures.app/Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 World Adventures/Mods/Packages

I tried to install the mod in the original mod directory, the the new or both but none of theses options works.

Anyone knows what to do ?

Otherwise, thanks Delphy for this great mod.

Hey Delphy. I am having a very weird "problem" with this mod. I mean, the mod works perfectly in-game for me and all, but after installing this and checking for conflicts with the Indie Stone Compatibility Checker, it reports that these files conflict with themselves 5 times for each file with 5 files for a total of 25 conflicts. Yeah, that's right. These files are not conflicting with other mods or with each other, only with themselves. I can even have these files installed as my only mods and they still show a conflict. Yet the mod still works in-game, perfectly. Strange, but true.

I am not sure if you aware of this problem or not, but perhaps you could investigate it. Even though it works, when you are in the process of installing mods into the game and trying to eliminate any conflicts (like I am), having 25 conflicts listed that may not even be true conflicts just gets in the way of my view every time I check for conflicts, if you know what I mean.

I thought you might like to know.

Delphy, I have a Q:
I dl'd this, for more diversity in my sims, but it closes my game every 10 minutes. I took it out, and i runs fine, what's wrong with it?

Don't follow in my footsteps- I walk into walls.

For everyone having trouble with the sliders and WA grab this file and make sure you follow the instructions. I am using Delphy, Jonah and CMarNYC's sliders just fine with WA because I use this file by S3Z:

don't know if this was menshiond but it doesn't seam to work on young adult although it could have just been the shirt the sim was wearing. works on teen and adult thow.

also the cleavage slider looks weard. I would go into more description but I don't want to get banned.

if you read it they say something about each section has a max ammount of sliders I think it was 20 and all of them have something like 16 and there wouldn't be enough room. too bad they can't add "body sections" like for chest/weist and bum add a section to cover them all.

PS: I know this has been said a few times alredy but thanks. very well done mod.

I installed the sliders again after installing WA, cannot get them to work. I tried the download for the increased sliders from S3Z, still no luck. Anyone have a fix for this? The mod worked great in the base game.

Ok, still need help getting these to run, cannot get them to work since installing WA.

Here's my specs with my mods folders:

my d3dx9_31.ddl is :C drive>Programfiles>electroinc Arts>The sims 3 World Adventures>Game>Bin

my Rescource.cfg is: C drive>Programfiles>electroinc Arts>The sims 3 World Adventures

My patches are up to date, both the 1.7.9 and the 2.2 WA.

Location of new mods is: C drive> programfiles> electronic arts > the sims 3 > mods > packages.

The only mods I have in are the increase sliders from S3Z and these. Still will not run.

At first I thought the conflict would be with my Inteen mod, but even after removing it no dice. I don't believe it has to do with the location of my dll or resource.cfg either since the only way too get most of the mods to run for WA is to have them in that locale. If anyone knows a fix to get these working it would be greatly appreciated.

Please help Delphy!!!

Youve got your mods folder in the Sims 3 folder yet the d3dx9_31.dll and resource.cfg in the World Adventures folder . Move your Mods folder into the same folder as you currently have your resource.cfg

I have some Sims already made, so I want to change their sizes as well. But how to access the complete CAS while in game? Is there any way we can get these sliders in Plan Outfit or Change Appearance.

And one more thing is, in some dresses the breast looks broken from the top, in CAS it looks OK, but in game looks broken from the top. And some custom dresses with big breast mesh are not wearable as the breasts look huge. So it required that we could change the breast sizes for each dress we make them wear.

So any ideas on how to edit the already made Sims, how to access the full CAS which shows while making a Sim.
