TRANSLATOR TOOLKIT FILE: TranslationToolkit_V2.zip

- German: Thanks to Armilus! (Will be added in next version)

BRIEF DESCRIPTION

After 5 months of work, finally I can release this mod

This mod applies different settings for vampires, which are specified in the files "ChangeLog – EN" (in English) and "ChangeLog – ES" (in Spanish). My language is Spanish, so the file "ChangeLog - EN" I've had to translate with Google Translator, as well as the reviews of other content that we will see later in the mod.

This mod is a mod of scripting that adds features, although probably in later versions, will be a core-mod.

The scripting adds different effects for the vampires, such as the following:

-Add it automatically red eyes when the vampires are thirsty. They disappear when they satisfy

-Added blood to the mouth of the vampires (this functionality already existed in a Diriel mod called "Bloody Meals", which I served, among other mods, as the inspiration of this.)

-Is added to the necks of human a bite mark. The bite mark is added when the human is bited to drink or conversion to vampire.

- Added red eyes for children when you run for first time the V4. The eyes are added from children to teen.

- Added bloody makeup in the body when you kill or turn a sim.

- Removed the motive Bladder. Now appears in blank. Applied to all ages.


- Bite Mark:

The bite mark effect (bite mark) appear automatically when a sim is bitten so much if it is to be developed as if it is after drinking. Disappear with the time.

- Thirst Effect:

The thirsty effect (Red Eyes) occurs automatically when a sim receives the "Thirsty" moodlet and through "MadlyThirsty". It automatically disappears when they satisfy.

- Blood Effect:


The Blood Effect (Blood) appears automatically after drinking a sim. Disappear when you take a shower, a bath or a teeth brushing.

- Body Blood


The bloody blood appears when you turn or kill a sim.

- Creeper Childs

When you first run the V4 version, the mod will add red eyes to every child in the world. The eyes disappears when you become a young adult. Now I'm developing new interactions for childs to make them more amazing.

The script takes care of keeping the makeup in different layers, i.e., if your sim has a makeover, automatically will be placed over the blood, in where they string the blood effect, thus with all, in ways that you don't have to worry about bugs arising to the makeup.

The script also takes care of automatically generate an icon of the sim, so this icon shows the effects that have been applied. The icon of the sim is the image that appears in the Chooser sims (which is used to switch between the active family members) and the bottom menu (where the needs and everything else is seen).

Tunings

This mod injects a lot of tunings. Please, read changelog in every version to get a history of total changes in the mod.

Moodlets

This mod modify and adds some moodlets (or also called buffs). For see the changes of existing one, go to changelog. Below are the list of moodlets added by the mod. More descriptions in ChangeLog

- Kill

This mod is triggered when you kill a sim.



(Completing this list with more buffs, please be patient)

Known Bugs
This mod, like more of them, has some problems. The bugs of this mod doesn't affects the game experience.

- As you can see, when the script add the red eyea, the original color of the eyes are deleted and when the vampire is satisfied, the color of the eyes is like this:



- Some interactions doesn't appears in all games.

Now, I'm trying to fix the both bugs.

Hi all guys! Just to say that i will try to upload a test version of V5. Is finished now, but, as i can´t test anything. But it should work fine, all as i can test is working as expected.

Please, guys, when i upload this, give me feedback of how it works If all works as expected, i will just release as final version. Thanks guys!

No worries about languague. And yes, I know that I´m late, but I want to prepare out the description first, instead of just uploading the file. Please, be patient a bit more, this weekend will be out

It was a wanted feature by me. Anyway, the values were bad configured compared some other conditionals on the game, so I will return vanilla values on the next version. It should be published today.

Version 5 is out as test version. Please, give me all the feedback of the features you can. Tell me if the persistent issues where fixed. All is appreciated . If the feedback says that the version is stable, I will just remove the "TEST" tag.

Apparently the mod is crashing my game. After this message (picture below) the game freezes and I can't click anything, sometimes it just closes.

Any chance of this being a pure scripting mod with options, or separating the features into separate packages, because right now it conflicts with far too many other XML mods and tweaks (numerous rabbitholes, activities, skills, interactions, buffs, objects) , also I don't care for added paintings and such, but would like to use some of the scripted functions.

I´m suffering the same error after loading. In the very moment that the message appears, game cfreezes and if you go to the main window of your computer a crash game message appears. I will attach the script errors that i received in the first 3 tries.


Estoy sufriendo el mismo error que los demás, en cuanto la partida carga, aparece el mensaje deaviso del vampire tweaker y todo se queda congelado. En cuanto salgo al escritorio aparece un mensaje de que el juego se ha cerrado debido a un error. Te adjunto los scripterrorrs de mis tres primeros intentos.

Update: I tried to load a game without population and star a new game in a EA preset world and in both tries the game also crashed. Howewer the crash happened in the moment that i clicked on the message

Actualización: He intentado cargar dos partidas, una de un mundo custom sin habitantes y otra de un mundo configurado de EA. en ambas el juego casca. Como detalle, en la del mundo de EA, el fallo no se produce hasta que no pincho el botón de confirmación del mensaje en el que te indica que el mod tiene las funciones desactivadas.
pd: En ninguno de los dos intentos se ha generado un scripterror

All of you uninstalled the old version using the command? If your game crash after the window, install again old version, follow uninstallation instructions and try again with the new version.

If the game can't find information of the old scripting resources (as stated in changelogs, the script was rewritten), it may crash. At least on my environment didn't crashed at all. Anyway, if you still have problems after uninstalling the old version, I will need to make a patch.

I know all the MOD it's replaces. My suggestion is to merge them or just remove all the XML files on the packages manually.

I have done what you have said , but I have the same crashes as the other users have. I treid to create the new save, but it freezes.
Also, the previos version hasn't work well. Everything was good, but later it had crashed, while the save had been loading. I'd thought that the new version solve this problem, but it didn't happen.
So I ask you to fix this bug.
P.S. When this mod has been working, it was amazing. So I want to have this mod working again.

I did that, but the game crashes the same way after the message.
You did a great job and I thank you for it , I can't play TS3 without your mod anymore!

Strange. I will look into the code and see what is wrong. Anyway, I didn't had the bug before, so is appreciates if those who doesn't have them can give me feedback. I will also ask one tester I have and take a look to your script errors. Maybe I can publish a new hotfix on 1 week or 2.

All of you are using latest game version, right?

Sorry for the inconvenience. Afterthe fixes, the rest should work good.

New version released!

Key bug fixes for this release. It doesn't crash now. Also, I merged all the core scripting of the mod in two single instances (before, there was 5 instances). Now, the game will run smoothly and with less memory consumption (less libraries = better performance)

I tagged is as Beta. All the things that could case major problems, like crashes and uninstall commands are now fixed. Anyway, I couldn't test Gameplay things deeply (yes, a bit, and everything tested is working) and also some configurations on the City Hall. So, please give me your feedbacks, thoughts, what you like, what to hate and your feelings. Love feedback! .
As I also said some time ago, for time and disk space reasons, the mod will finish at this point. Also, I will uninstall Sims 3 for that thing about disk space.
I will continue supporting translations of users and releasing new versions with only that strings updated. Bug fixes will be fixed and sent privately to the user who reports, so he can test and told me what happens.
Anyway, as I said above, this version is more stable than the older ones, I'm sure. Anyway, the BETA is for Gamepley things. But all most work right .

And last thing. I don't leaving Sims. I will be here for the Sims 4 .

The thirst need doesn't work! I checked it without any mods, except NRaas MC.
Bad screenshot, because sim is hybrid of vampire and werewolf, but it doesn't matter.

Can you try to resetsim with MC? Thirst values are changed to default since latest update, so it may need a reset...

I reset all town with MC, that doesn't fix it. I started a new game in Bridgeport...problem still there.
