Thank you so much for this great script. I had this issue for a long long time that my sim would be bathe/shower/naked with CC pants on.

I first install Sims 4 studio and ran the mod scanner. Yep there where two CC items found and fixed. After that done I downloaded the updated version of the script, unzipped and put the script in my mod folder. In-game I first activated cheats and used the 'all' code (reset_bathing_outfit all). It took me a few times before I understood how to input it lol. But finally it took it. Turned cheats off. And tested it right away and now she is no more 'naked' in those pants.

also keep in mind, if youre using the original version (which seems to still work, at least for me), dont unzip the folder ‒ just put it directly into the mods folder. if youre using the updated version by littlemssam, unzip it & put the .ts4script file in your mods folder.
that being said, if it still doesn't seem to be working, try running the "disallow cc for shower" batch fix in s4s . that should take out some cc (possibly all, but it did miss some for me) from the bathing category. if it missed some things you might have to run the code a few times until you get an outfit without any of it applied. if thats still not working, you could try figuring out which specific items its applying, manually removing the nude tag in s4s (if its not cc, set the type to override; for cc, just overwrite the original file) and make sure to apply to all swatches, and then run the code again. personally i havent had it so bad that ive had to manually remove any tags so im not 100% sure that will work, but i cant see why it wouldnt. if it doesnt, at that point its likely either a deeper issue or a conflicting mod.
i know that probably goes into more detail than necessary, but i wanted to cover everything just in case anyone reading this is new to mods (i definitely remember being pretty lost at first). hope it helps!

cuz it doesn't seem so on mine.
can anyone suggest an updated version please..
the non-cc clothings keep showing when my sims take shower

It should still work. What happens if you put "reset_bathing_outfit all" in the Console?

1) Make sure the ts4script File is maximal one Subfolder deep in your Mods Folder and that Script Mods are allowed in Game Options Other.

2) If the Command above still does not work in console try to enable testing cheats first via

Hey littlemssam, im having a problem i hope you can help me with. while the cheat works, my sim keeps generating new outfits for shower instead of simply bathing/showering without clothes on. i also want to remark that the clothes this sim keeps wearing are all ea clothes, no cc. and i dont use any mod to remove the mosaic. the only "shower-related" mod im using is scarletsims "shower woohoo tweak". any help would be really appreciated! my game version is 1.68.156

Can someone help me? I Disallow CC for shower outfit in Sims4Studio. Download the updated version of this mod at post #201. Console command reset_bathing_outfit all. It does fix sims bathing with outfit problem but I still have another problem specifict to mermaid. When a mermaid sims is nude or take a shower she is nude but when she is swiming or bathing with the "fish tail on". She still wearing clothes
