hey if people don't want there sims to die they shouldn't pick dangerous carreer paths. plus if you are worried about simmers getting mad you could put a warning in the chance cards. "this is a life and death situation" or something. i think it'd be cool. after i download this, I'm bookmarking the thread and checking in for the teen version. will i have to have university for that. (my question mark key doesn't work, sorry)
oh yeah and i'll have to let you know if this works on my old mac.

Hmm, you know your right about the career chance card. When i have finished the teen career, i will change the adult career to include the "life or death" situation! Also you wont have to have the Uni ep to play the teen career, as it will be ep ready allowing for both original and eps to play it. :joy:

As you know I am doing the teen career for Delta Force and have it 99% done. The problem i have is the image that appears when you click on the work toolbar that tells you hours and stuff. My image their folds in on itself. So that I don't put up a 99% completed career, im asking for people that knows how to get around this problem. If you know you can do help or you know someone who can help me, please PM me.ASAP!

How odd--I re-downloaded it as you suggested, and still, a fair amount of the career levels are coming up with the proper titles and chance cards, but with science career level descriptions. Could you please post the levels with each of their descriptions here, so I can at least see what they are supposed to be, since apparently my computer is against letting me see them in my game?

I forgive the fact that this career is impossible by going the root you chose, because it is such a good idea.

If you ever decide to update it, make the Teen Sim go through different levels of basic training, moving on through Ranger school. Then, they become an adult Ranger, and eventually move through to the Special Forces, then get recruited from that into Delta Force.
That's how we really get operators. You can't sign up to be a DFO. You're chosen out of the best of the best of the best.

Works fine in my game, though it overwrites the Science Carreer; maybe it's because of the German version I own.

what exactly is a regular? it would be nice if the job titles were a little more detailed
Medical School, Trained, Regular and Veteran are a little vague.

what are the hours for the career? i have been trying, and hoping someone would make a military career where the sim would work long hrs only allowing them home for maybe one hour a (sim) day. which would add to the realism. (on the road sales does this) what recruit goes off to boot camp, or into battle and makes it home in time for din din?
