she is a cute looking teen, I'm sure she would growup to be a very pretty adult female ^_^.
BTW
you can make her bangs longer by editing the alpha, Rei has longer bangs on the center of her forehead, and on the side of her face. ^_^ also you can paint the bangs as a mask for more detailed looks, and maybe her hair should be a little grayish purple rather than blue, I'm really sorry to criticize so much, please don't be mad ^_^

I already tried that stuff I'm not very good at it... But I'll give it another go... I'm still trying to figure out how to do it for Shinji... But I like it better bright blue... She doesn't look so dead... I know her hair refects her personality but I don't like depressing sims... BUT! If I figure out how to fix her hair if I remember(really bad memory) I'll lighting and grey the color up for you :o)

Good job, Neon Genesis Evangelion is my faverate anime and manga. Only thing slightly wrong is hair color, needs to be more white. Otherwise it is great.
