This modern luxury appartment building holds 2 spacious studio appartments with a shared rooftop terrace. Each appartment has its own entrance from a shared hallway space and is complete with a double driveway.

The appartments would be suitable for 2 young couples, maybe as a letting property on the university campus, or as a haven stepping stone for the adult loving life and dating. You could use locking doors to asign the correct appartment to the relevant sims.

Costs: $39,298
Requires: Original, University, Nightlife

Ground Floor Appartment
Large living and dining/kitchen area, seperate double bedroom and bathroom, all fully furnished.

First Floor Appartment
Large living and dining/kitchen area, seperate double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, all fully furnished. Larger than downstairs.

Building has access to a back courtyard, currently being used as parking, but would suit a pool conversion or garden reinvent.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .sims2pack file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
