Hi all! Here is my first upload to MTS2.Until now I downloaded many,many houses and objects from you,but I never tried my hand at uploading anything.
This is a big house.Probably too big : I use to build big lots because I don't like playing with invisible walls,so I need spacious rooms.
I am not 100% sure,but I think that both expansion packs are required for this house (because both are installed on my computer).
- The house is built on a 5x4 lot and costs 202791 simoleons (very cheap with "motherlode" !)...
- It has a big kitchen/diningroom,3 bathrooms,a huge livingroom,2 bedrooms,an office/library,a billardroom.
There is a lot of custom content inside and outside :Some walls and floors § several recolors: I made them all myself (Simsixties is just my username on the Exchange),but Numenor and Just Kathy created great tutorials and deserve many thanks for their teaching.
The "House of Happiness" was first inspired by the exterior walls of a real (big!) house in the southwest of France in "Le Pays Basque".I hope that some of you will like it.
