This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
It is blue jeans with shoes! In this pakage you will receive jeans and shoes without a t-shirt.
It is a standard maxis mesh
EP is not necessary.
You can re-color it.
