BACKGROUND TO DESIGN

I have created a few terrains that have a distinct lack of flat ground because I find it more challenging to design my houses on sloped ground.

One of the comments I received was a request for an island terrain that had lots of beach front.
I had a look over the other MTS2 terrains available and found that there were no real low lying Island/Atoll types. (with scattered islands rather than solid land masses. So I set about creating this terrain with smaller islands.

You don't need to worry about 'How do my sims reach the other Islands?' because they dont actually have to have a road connecting them. Even when taking their own car Sims can reach other community lots - must have some vehicle ferry waiting for your sims

Not much requirement on this terrain except for near the bridge, but if you have a proble with not being allowed to place lots due to excessive slope you might want to check out Boatnana's post:

Or check out one of my other recent terrains which detail how to do it:

All the best, and if you give decided to use this neighborhood then I hope it serves you well!
