Despite that I find Paris Hilton revolting, it's quite a good dress. :D
I'd recommend making it less curvy (so that it'd suit Paris' body type better) and perhaps infect it with herpes, though.

To make her less curvy i would have to re-mesh the sims body (not the outfit) or use a body mesh made by someone else and then make a clothing mesh and so on and so on...thats a bit complicated lol. I havent yet tried meshing since I've only been creating sim stuff for a couple weeks...maybe someday.
