This must be my most elaborate house to date, it's took me forever to get all the split level work right!!! (about 14 hours!)
This house looks excellent in the game. The split level work is on four (sunken, normal, double and triple) different levels, so you have nearly every height of foundation on the lot and loads of stairs!

Downstairs consists of - normal height foundation (NHF) hallways, sunken living room, sunken indoor pool area, NHF kitchen, double height foundation (DHF) hallways leading to triple height foundation, two story dining room. Also a sunken two story study area with SL stairs leading to a two story THF spare room.

Upstairs - A "spiral" enclosed stiarcase takes us upstairs to the second floor. Here we have one double bedroom, one single bedroom with a terrace and a bathroom overlooking the pool area below.

Outdoors - driveway, landscaped front garden, 1 large front terrace, one smaller back terrace and a raised seating area over the putdoor pool. Two outdoor pools and patio eating area. Back garden NOT landscaped.
