This is every Hi LOD Elder female mesh with the breasts modified from roughly an B to a D cup. There are three zips, one for the meshes from the original Sims 2, one for the additional University meshes, one for the additional Nightlife meshes & one for Open for Business. Even work cloths.

This is a default replacement set for every single Adult female mesh in the Sims 2, University & Nightlife. Just place the package files in your downloads folder and enjoy. If you then decide you don't like the change delete them and everything will appear as before. They DO NOT overwrite any original Sims files. If you do not have High detail on it will not appear, this is only the Hi LOD meshes. Let me know if you come across one I missed (excluding custom meshes of course).

This was designed to work with my Adult augmentation set, I was tired of their size reducing once they got older.
