Hooray for me! It's my very first upload ever! Ahem, now I'm finished geeking...
Anyway, this house is based on an actual floorplan and it took me five hours! I have also used Maxis only objects and build objects, with the exception of roddyaleixo's invisible driveway and extensions. If you haven't already, please download before using this lot.
Also, it is important to also have OFB, because I used the split level foundation (which rocks, btw!)
The Tisdale is the first among many (I hope) future home designs, with the only one in existence in the esteemed neighborhood of Bluewater Village. It is a luxury estate with four bedrooms, 4 baths and 2 half baths. It features a large kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room, study, and den. Its extras include an enclosed porch, outside deck, pool, home gym complete with a whirlpool spa, laundry room, and a long winding driveway. It has two entryways beside the front doorway and two staircases (three if you count the double-entry staircase). It boasts lots of energy-saving windows to bring in the natural light (saving lots of simeleons on the energy bills), spacious halls and a bonus room on the top level to be used for anything. This home has many split-level designs.
The interior decoration includes only plain white walls, plain wooden floor and plain white tiled-floor in the laundry room and bathrooms, which leaves the potential buyer a blank slate to begin their decorating masterpiece. The landscaping is limited to trees and shrubs, to cut down of the long gardening sessions that are common in large estates. There is also an elaborate pond to add to the tranquility to the home. Despite of the space that this home offers, there is still plenty of space for adding an additional wing or expanding the landscaping.
This is on a 5x5 lot and costs $180,948.
CUSTOM CONTENT NEEDED BUT NOT INCLUDED:
Invisible Driveway & Extensions by roddyaleixo
NOTE: I thought I caught everything when I tested this in-game, but still missed one thing. In the home gym/spa, I neglected to add the stairs leading down to the spa on the ground floor (even though I made a space for them and everything!). If you're planning to use the same white exterior stairs I used, then just use the 'eye dropper' tool. Also, I had to make minor modifications from the house plan I used, due to the original calling for the garages facing to the side. That's why I used the invisible driveway. Last thing, with the lot file I have included the actual floor plans. For some reason I couldn't upload them with the rest of the screenshots.
I would like some comments/votes/thanks as well. Hopefully, it will motivate me to upload more.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
