This is the first lot in my "real homes" series, I'm gonna do a series based on real homes/floorplans I find that take my fancy! Hope you like it!

This house was packaged as furnished but all the objects have been removed using clean installer, however the "blueprint" will still apply so if you have any of the furniture that I have used it will appear in ur lot. If you see anything in the screens you like, please ask in this thread and I'll get the links for you.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
