I should like to offer you all Utopia Planetia. This is a Federation facility, home to the primary building and diagnostic shipyards of Starfleet.
I made this as I needed a downtown area for my Star Trek based neighborhoods. The starship landing areas on the four corner plateaus have no direct roadways, so therefore can only be accessed via shuttlecraft.

Unzip file to SC4 terrains folder in Sims 2. As usual, .png files for all 4 terrain types are included in the zip file - these are to be placed in the sc4 folder, also.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in SC4Terrains Folder: Cut and paste the .sc4 and .png file(s) into your SC4Terrains folder:

Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains\
Windows Vista: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains\
Mac: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains\
