This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
I did a Borg collection once (found elsewhere here on this site) and I know that there are Borg-skins out there. What was missing until now were implants to enhance the look of Borg sims, so I decided to make those.
This is composed of an eyepiece with a green glowing holographic camera optic, an ear piece, a headplate and three tubuli, as you can see in the pictures. You have to adjust the faces of the sims wearing this, so it get's not too deformed. I let it deform on purpose, so it would fit the head better. Also this looks best with no hair at all, but I guess you could also use this for some cyborgs with hair.
This can be worn by any sim of any age, but because of the different head shapes of the genders (and ages, of course), it will look good only on male young adults, adults and elders. I'll do a female version later, so watch this forum. :o)
Have fun with this, but always remember the Holodoc's words: "Borg implants can cause skin irritations!" :D
