Very neat--I never knew they made carmel tootsie rolls... sure wish I could try them (I love tootsie rolls!).

1896 Tootsie Rolls debut, introduced by Leo Hirshfield of New York who named them after his daughter's nickname, "Tootsie". Cool EH?
