I'd been wanting to create these for quite a while, but never could find enough ads to go from. I ran across a couple of great sites with libraries of real Victorian advertisements in my travels recently, and then I saw a request from moonlitmagick for wallpaper like this, so I went through and put together 106 real Victorian ads into a lovely, nicely-tiling wallpaper. Moonlitmagick asked for a solid one, floor to ceiling ads, so that's included, although I'm particularly fond of the ones with the coloured wallpaper at the bottom.
The texture sizes I used for these are not normal wall sizes - they are double a normal wall size so that you can actually read some of the larger text on the walls in the game (see screenshot), which I think is really the charm of this kind of wallpaper. This means that these walls will NOT work whatsoever for Mac users. Sorry, but odd-sized walls don't work for you guys (they'll just look solid grey), and I couldn't make these smaller without making them unreadable. The file sizes are larger as a result of the larger images, but I think the effect is worth it. Thanks to: Moonlitmagick, for reminding me about this old idea I'd had for a wallpaper and inspiring me to slap it together already 217 people have said thanks to StarboardParoxysm for this download.
