The following house has been created from a vast amount of sources. The floor plans and exterior were taken from www.architecturaldesigns.com. This house took me 2+ weeks to build with upgrade after upgrade and a lot of support, suggestions, & constructive criticism from corvidophile2 & bluetexasbonnie. The lot is a Medium 3x4 size and costs $ 246, 518. I have the EP’s: University & Nightlife.

The lot includes:
2 half-baths
4 full baths
4 bedrooms
A Great Room (Living Room)
A Kitchen
A Dining Room
A Breakfast Area
A Media Area/Gaming Area
A Billiards Area
An Exercise Room (of which I'm particularly fond of)
A Corner bar
An Office Set
A Hearth Room
3 unexcavated areas (what was supposed to be the garage & above & basement) that can be used for whatever remodeling purposes suit your Sims needs

Here's a close-up of the Pond Lounge Area.

Here's the front entryway.

Here's the hearth room looking towards the breakfast area, featuring the Lilian set by reflexsims.de

Here's the half bath on the first floor off to the side of the dining room.

Here's the washroom (thanks to Teko from reflexsims.de)

Here's the first bedroom what I'll refer to as Bedroom A.

Here's a second look at Bedroom A from a different angle.

Here's the 1st bathroom, using Teko's Darkwood Bathroom from reflexsims.de, connected to Bedroom A which I refer to as Bathroom A respectively.

Here is Bedroom B which is next to Bedroom A. It uses the Modern Line Bedroom from Around The Sims 2

Another look at Bedroom B from a different angle.

Here's the bathroom connected to Bedroom B which I call Bathroom B. Again using the DarkWood Bathroom Set by Teko.

Here's Bedroom C, the third one.

And a second look at Bedroom C with some redecorating.

Here's Bathroom C using the Habita & Wellness bathroom sets by reflex.de.

Here's the upper level exercise room just to the right of the staircase. It's my favorite part of the house. It also features a Bathroom, although I didn't name that one.

Here's the view of the corner bar from the stairs on the second floor.

To the right of the bar is the Billiards Room. (read Pool table Room)

To the left of the bar is the Media Area or game room.

Further down the hall is the second half-bath.

The fourth Bedroom, Bedroom D is across from the half-bath.

And here is the office further back from Bedroom D. It's the Eclipse set created by 11Dots.com

Please allow your Sims and yourself to enjoy this house in your neighborhood as much as I enjoyed making it!

Minor alterations had to be made. The lower level/basement is actually the upper floor. (The basement idea seemed quite difficult to accomplish considering that I wanted the home built on a hill). The garage is now just an “unexcavated” area (I couldn’t figure out how to add a side garage into a hill!). The closets are non-existent as well. I did include the washroom thanks to Teko at www.reflexsims.de It’s definitely not perfect, nor extravagant but I worked incredibly hard on it. Nearly two weeks.
