another upload from me 8D

this career was requested by EmeraldEyes awhile ago, and i found it and made it, because i was stuck for ideas.

there's no custom icon - because i have absolutely no idea who to do that. if anyone could tell me how to [ as the tutorials for custom icons here are defunct ] i'd be very thankful <3

i'd also like to say that i actually know nothing about construction. this is just my best guess at how it works. only the chance cards and promotions were really created by me, the job descriptions were all created by EmeraldEyes, i just adlibbed them a tiny bit ^^;

EDIT

details, levels and salaries
yes. i suck >.<

okay.

the career reward is the biotech station.

level 1
Lumberyard Lackie
You haul wood and load trucks for the contractors. Just do what they tell you and you'll be fine.

level 2
Jobsite Laborer
Now you're on the site where the action happens. You've got to take a lot of orders and work as hard as you can, but you need to know the business inside and out if you want to move up.

level 3
Concrete Pourer
It's a dirty job, but someone's got to do it. Whether it's exposed agrigate or a nice clean finish, you can do it all. Brush up on those logic skills so everything fits together.

level 4
House Painter
As a house painter, you get to wear a really cool mask and carry around rollers and brushes and sprayers. Yay you! Just don't forget the masking paper and tape!

level 5
Landscape Assistant
Now you can actually tell the difference between a rhododendron and an azalea. Make sure you bring your gloves every day, because nothing is more annoying than beauty bark splinters!

level 6
Window Installer
You break it, you pay for it. Now you're getting to actually go inside the houses, but this job takes plenty of precision and care, so be on your best behaviour.

level 7
Flooring Installer
Laminants, carpeting, tile: it's all your expertise. Make sure your body is in good shape because roles of carpet for a 3500 square foot house can be pretty heavy!

level 8
Superintendent
Now you're running the show out there, so build up some charisma so the laborers do what you say when you say it. Make sure you keep your energy up and stress level down, because you're responsible for the show now!

level 9
Building Inspector
Now that you know your buildings inside and out, you can be the one to decide if something is up to code or not. But be careful, you're not exactly the most popular person on the jobsite!

level 10
Building Business Owner
Congratulations! You're running the show from the office now behind a ridiculously large mahogany desk with a rolley chair. It's the big time! Someone else sorts your mail (yeah, you actually get mail now!), answers your phone, makes you coffee, and calls you "Sir" Enjoy it ... at least until the housing market takes a dive ...
