You get a Priest and Priestess, a HighPriest with the traditional fur, a soldier of the temple and a sacred dancer.

And to answer some of your questions...
Yes, both men and women wore eye makeup. Eyes were rimmed, eyebrows were painted and lashes were darkened with a black powder called kohl.
Yes, most fabrics were white or yellowish
Yes...they took out all the hair and used wigs...except the Priests that could not wear them
Yes, the HighPriest is barefoot...the poor guy could not wear sandals
and finally...yes, there were high heels..not often though
