Sometimes I want a "starter" lot for under §20k that's larger than 2x2 or 3x2 to give me room to expand. I like to play single-story houses and I don't like to move my Sims unless the lot becomes buggy or they outgrow it (and I don't know about you, but I have prolific Sims!). Hence the "larger" lots - that way I can just add on rooms, or a pool or whatever, without packing up and moving. And while I like the way houses on foundations look, I like the ease of no stairs.

This is a furnished one-bedroom house with a full bath and a half bath roughed in. It has room for two driveways and plenty of room to expand.
