This is a recreation of the main character's house from the Gamecube (and PS2) game "Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life". It is from the first chapter of the game (when your character is living on their own). It's a very good starter home for your sims.
Cost: $18,306
Lot Size: 2x2
It is fully furnished, and has had some basic testing, and has been checked with Clean Installer.
It has one main room, which includes a bed, a cooker, a fridge, a TV, etc. It also has a bathroom, which wasn't in the original game version of the house, but without it your sims may become a unhygienic!
Has a kennel and pet food dish outside as well.
The house looks bigger than in the game, but only because if it was as small as it was in the game, you wouldn't fit all the furniture in there!
Most of the stuff included in the house is maxis' original furniture. The exceptions are:
-Log/Trunk walls by Z_Splat, found here. This is included with the lot.
-Log/Trunk corner walls by Z_Splat, found here. This is included with the lot.
The lot also includes two recoloured and realigned (in at least one of the items) versions of Maxis' original flooring and paneling:
-Reworked slimming oak parquet floor (maxis). Recoloured, etc, by myself (jerichoholictufcfan). Is included in the lot.
-Modified 70's Dark Wood paneling (maxis). Recoloured, etc, by myself (jerichoholictufcfan). Is included in the lot.

This house requires and contains items from all four expansion packs so far (Uni, Nightlife, OFB & Pets).
Finally, and most of all, enjoy. I also hope to have the Chapter 2 house up soon as well.
