The bright blue is simply the reflection of the neighbourhood sky, for the Maxis setting of the graphical codes in the neighbourhood view in TS2 without any further engineering from a volunteer, the deep blue one or a new colour defined for your need is the way to go.

i only installed the Mirrory one but the water in my Nhood turns grey. I have all the exp packs and i only installed the one that says 5-7 as i remeber..

That may either means your video card is not supporting PS 1.1 or 2, I can't remember exactly which now. or your game setting has not been tuned to render these codes.

Surely, I could have mis-uploaded a wrong version due to my often error-prone nature. :P

I'm not in a shape to seek from my TS2 dump honestly, but you may simply upload the copy you used so that I can check the codes directly.

i downloaded the mirrory gray one and my water just turned gray and looks like crap

Fantastic mod, i love the black reflective water, and i own every single ep and sp in existence, including christmas edition, and it runs perfectly. I also had a strange error the first time i installed, probably due to a conflict, but i loaded up my neighborhood, and my eyes were instantly melted by flashing red terrain.
