This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.

This object allows teenagers to modify their face. It is still advisable to be in at least gold mood when using it

(Edit: I forgot to mention that this object also works for young adults, adults & elders and is not only for teens.)

Object was cloned from the ShowBiz career reward and does not overwrite it! All languages still existent. Available in Buy mode, "Misc - Misc" for §5.000. Done by request:

I just want a hack that will let teens have plastic surgery, as well. I'm not always happy with how the teens look when two sims have one. If you can do that then thank you

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Downloads Folder: Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Downloads folder:
