This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.

Here are two wristwatches and two pocketwatches, three recolours each, that makes a total of twelve choices. All four are functioning alarm clocks and will make a change to the larger variety. The pocket watches will be a treat for victorian sims and those with a fondness for days gone by.
These items can also be placed on tables and decorative slots if you would like to use them simply as decoration. As you can see they don't take up very much space.
