Mesh Recolour
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

*For the past week I have been working on this 4th of July picnic set. With many thanks to Hopebayler I have recolored her Summer Time Outdoor Mesh gazeebo, table umbrella, banner, and chairs to make this. You don't need any EP's for these items but will need to download her wonderful mesh at the link below. Thanks a bunch Hope! **Also recolored in royal blue, is the Holiday Bow and Holiday Star from the Christmas Pack. You WILL need the Holiday Pack for these items to show up in the game. *** Included is a 4th of July Banner by Hopebayler also. (You'll need her mesh for this.) ****The last item is a recolor of the Sims buffet table. You will need the following cheats to place the table umbrella, bows, and the stars, and also the stuff under the gazebo. moveObjects on boolProp snapObjectsToGrid false I hope you enjoy and I wanted to share these with you!
