I LUFF EET! *dies* but everytime i try to build a house on the lot, my yard turns into a sandy mutated hot mess, and its very frustrating to try and "squish" back into place with the ground elevation tools...

any idea how i can avoid or fix this?

does this mean that when i place a lot near the beach, this is what it will look like from now on instead of the transparent blue over the grass? or is it only visible on that lot? i'm a bit confused sorry
