This is Felix, another small time crook.
He hasn't quite reached Phin's level of criminality yet, but he's well on his way :D
He's fairly easy going, but does have a penchant for bar room brawls. Nothing to serious, although he did a bit of damage to Whoompa in the last one (has anyone made a bare fist fighting career yet? )





He thrives in the city, so any urban wasteland type lot will suit him perfectly.

Since Clean Installer still won't let me remove meshes *shakes fist*, the texture is not included. Sorry. He is packaged with a sexy, smoldering Maxis coiffure.
