This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.

Hello, here is Lilly's Garden, a set of outdoor things comprising 10 new meshes.
The fountain is actually just a water feature and you can turn it "off" with the recolour tool. The birdbath comes with no water and soil recolours and features a slot for plants,the Geraniums look kinda funny in it but that may well be someone's cup of tea.

You will find both plant and planters in buy mode dec/plants. I hope you and your simmies will enjoy this slightly eclectic set.
