After a short break, I return with a "southern colonial"*-style house, straight from 1932: the Jefferson. With four bedrooms and three(!) bathrooms, this house is perfect for those non-heir Legacy sims. Two-story columns dominate the front, which is reached via a pair of driveways or a broad front walk. Once inside, there is a small foyer that flows into a hall dividing the two sides of the first floor. To the left, a large living room with a cheery sunroom attached. To the right, a spacious dining room. Follow the hallway to the back of the house for a bathroom, two closets, a door to a bright kitchen, and a door to the back porch and patio. A pool, grill, and outdoor furniture make this area a great place for fair-weather entertainment. Back inside the hall, stairs lead up to the second floor and four generously-sized bedrooms. Three of these are furnished, while the fourth remains empty to be used at the players discretion. The master bedroom on the front right has an attached bathroom, while the other three bedrooms share the third bath.

Once again, enjoy this little piece of historical architecture!

*Sears' description, not mine. It's more Georgian Revival than colonial, in my opinion, but whatever.
