I once met an airline pilot, who told me that some days he wakes up and can't remember where he is, and has to look for clues because all hotels look the same.

Which is why I built this fairly generic, but still nice, beach hotel.

It has some budget rooms (a single at 305 and a double at 395) on the ground floor, a twin, a double, a family room (double and single) and a family suite (double and a twin with separate anteroom) on the first floor (costing between 700 and 900) and a very glam penthouse, complete with hottub and 2 double bedrooms, costing a whopping 4000 a night.

It also has a swimming pool, a restaurant, a reading room, a pool room and a terrace bar.

There is no lot price as you can't buy hotels.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install.
