This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.

Hello all,
I've always wanted a toddler bed in the game,close to the ones my boys had when they were little.Now that I've learned how to create my own meshes,I've done just that.
This Mesh is cloned from the baby crib, Kinder Kontainer, in the original game and has a poly count of 1920.
This set comes with the main mesh with a girls recolor and 2 choices of wood finishes and another bedding recolor just for boys.
