This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
I'm finally uploading something onto MTS2. ^__^ I kinda ran out of clothes to skin (or maybe I'm just temporarily sick of the usual sites that I visit) and so I moved on to skinning clothes from doll sites. This outfit you see here is from musedoll.com. The thick black lines you see on the stripey part of the outfit are actually ribbons. ^__^ On the belt, there's a bow, a chain and a locket -- thus the name of this outfit.
The mesh used was from Simtentatious, which, unfortunately, no longer exists. But no worries! I've included it in the .zip file. ^__^
