This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.

Nouk - Winter Hat Hair
This one was made a while ago, but because I'm still working on a new layout for my site and I got alot of requests for it to be put back online, I'm sharing it here
This short, cute animated hair for all ages has a wool winterhat included, so it's not an accessorie. There's also a verion without the hat uploaded to this site!

- 8 colors, 2 families, but still 8 hat colors for the greys.
