Another Victorian style home with another name that's lacking in the 'Pizzazz' department. Honestly, if it wouldn't have confused anyone, I'd have called this one 'Eric' or 'Bob'....simple....anyhoo, you'll be wanting me to shut up and give details....right...okay.
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen diner, a study/formal dining and a large living room. It's surrounded by a deck and though I tried to keep it low key, there are plenty of flowers to brighten the place up. There's a gazebo for warm summer days and a fountain for warm summer nights.
All of the HomeCrafter CC is my own, and I've included a peek at some of the interiors. This home would suit a family of sims that like to go to community lots to enjoy the vast open spaces that they provide because there's only just enough room to 'swing a cat' in the garden....or a very small dog with stumpy legs
