Ok..again 
This is a fully-furnished home with fully-furnished basement. This is my first official attempt with basement/in-ground homes so the layout is nothing fancy - the interior and landscaping makes up for the bland design
Basement - Fully furnished with sitting area, bowling lanes, pool table, bar with stools - door exits out to ground level garden and sitting area.
1st Floor - Kitchen with eating area, dining room with fireplace and piano, 1 half bath, study/computer room, living room - dining area patio exits out to a large deck overlooking the back pond - steps off the left lead to the pool area. (Living room has expensive TV and game system)
2nd floor - 3 bedrooms (1 adult, 2 teens/children) ** BOTH children's room require teen style pack for furniture to show in game**, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, small workout room, chess table and open area
Outdoors: There is no garage however I left room in the front of the yard for one if needed - both the back pond and front are fishable - the back pond has a pretty sitting area complete with flowers and decorations. The basement opens out into the garden which is ready for planting - lights and sprinklers are already in place. There is a gate leading out to the front yard near the pines with a hammock for resting near the front pond.
The front deck does wrap around to the back, which has a wonderful view of the large back pond and has a telescope, grill and sitting area. The only access to the pool is from the back deck.
Packed and checked with Clean Installer - played/testing in game for well over a month - it is one of my favorite houses to play! Visitors to the house seem to prefer the basement entrance, which can get quite annoying but removing the gate stops all access to the doors!
