Hello everyone this is my fist upload and it happens to be a starter lot, how appropriate! I hope you like it. I love creating homes and thought id give it a go at uploading, its taken me ages to figure it all out and it hope it works well. If the home is a hit I may upload more! If not I guess ill have to think of a new career! Space Pirate maybe…..

Description:
Here I have created a small two story but surprisingly roomy starter home designed with University Graduates, Young Couples or your Bachelor Sims in mind.
The house has been decorated using light pastel colours to create the illusion of a large, clean and airy space. I have used large multi-story windows at the front and back to give maximum natural light at minimum cost. I have also used a transparent front door and balcony door to give this home a bight and maximum space feel. The house is furnished with high quality content to give the home a fresh and modern look.
The large open plan living is free flowing and all rooms are easily accessible.
A divider wall has separated your Sims Living area and Kitchen giving the home a homely yet quirky look. A simple yet accommodating downstairs bathroom has all your essentials (if you know what I mean!). A freestanding staircase gives the impression of more room and space, and also fits the décor and style of the property.
Upstairs we have a large Master Bedroom fitted with a standerd bed. A smaller cosy room is perfect for an office, art room, gym or even a nursery. A small balcony can give your Sims a relaxing area to read the daily paper or their favourite book. Their is also a large decking area surrounding the building which add to the lanscaping and modern look. Their is also a small pond.

I used the table and chairs and rug in my upload, however it come as a set with the above items. You will also need the WHITE re-colour.
