This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
19 Recolours of Maxis' "Two Dogs and an Olive" by Mixt Hupp.

You need
NightLife for this to work!
Well, I always thought that Two Dogs was a frakkin ugly painting and a bad example of Modern Art. So, I made recolours.
These are enormous photographs of beautiful city lights printed on canvas with a protective layer of resin.
(That's how you would get one of my real life pictures if you bought one. Printed on canvas or foamboard. Most Art-photographs are sold that way.)
Well, these pictures aren't mine, but I pixellated them for your Sims to enjoy.
As with all Modern Dutch Kitch Design-- it looks good in spacious livingrooms, office buildings, or a posh Night club.
Note: I could only add 8 pics to this post, so there are links to the in-game pics of Berlin, Rio de Janeiro and New York.
Pictures are a lot more detailed in your game (provided you have a good graphics card) than here on the pictures. (Due to resizing under 150k and zooming out in the game to capture the in-game examples.) The pictures I used for the recolours had a razorsharp resolution of over 300 dpi and a hint of a photogloss.
If you really miss a city.. tell me and if I can find a good picture that fits in with these I might add it to the set. (Since recolouring with
SimPE is a piece of cake.)

Rio de Janeiro and New York here
I hope you enjoy this.
