This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
Hello.

I decided a while ago that I would try to paint one skin tone just for fun and experimentation; well, since I’m a perfectionist, after a few thousand hours of painting, tweaking, and a few Bodyshop crashes, I ended up with a whole set of skins.
I wanted them to be more shadowy and realistic than Maxis’ skins, but I also wanted them to retain a slight cartoon appearance to them as well, so that was my goal. Also, they’re completely “Barbie”, so nothing indecent.
Every skin I’ve presented I painted with Photoshop 7 over the original Maxis skin. I painted a new skin for every age group except elder; however, I did paint an elder face. The skins are also for both genders.
The one entitled “Peach” is the original I painted, and the other tones are level recolors of it.
There are five different skins altogether, and they’re named: Porcelain, Peach, Olive, Chocolate, and Coffee.
I wasn’t going to include Porcelain until later, but I decided I would. I also have another one named French Vanilla that I may submit with a Sim later on, if you guys enjoy these. They’re the first skin tones I’ve every done, so I’m not too confident with how they look, but I do like them.
