HELLO! Well just to bore you with a little about myself… I’m currently in the process of applying to universities and I either dreamed of a mystical magical place or something just so outta this word that it would be the best place ever for a girl like me! So if you’re a girl like me and can’t resist the pull of pink then this is for you!

Description:
Ok this is the most amazing place your girlie Sims will ever visit, or maybe your more ‘camp’ boy Sims. The whole building is totally pink, floors, walls lights, beds and even bathrooms – Yes it’s all pink! (Well most of it)
Ground Floor
Ok ground floor you enter into a kitchen-diner area in the protruding spaces to the left and right. Towards the back we have a centre communal study area with all the essentials, beyond that is a totally fitted bathroom that caters to all your girlies needs! To the left and right of the rear area of the building I had some trouble as the spaces were difficult to work with, but I managed to make a bright TV room and a music room on the other side.
1st Floor
Ok first floor is all dorm rooms, I must warn you to be quick to get the room you want as they are all different! The styles of all rooms are;
1. Surfer (Teen Style)
2. Girlie Teen (Teen Style)
3. Space (Pets)
4. Under the sea (Family Fun)
5. Princess (Family)
6. Simple living (TS2)
7. Modern (TS2)
8. Country Bedroom (Seasons)
There are also pianos on this floor located at either end. I have also decorated each floor with pretty pictures, lights and loads and loads of flowers!
2nd Floor
Ok second floor is 3 more rooms’ decorated as some of the stated above. There is also another communal bathroom complete with vanity tables. There are also chess tables and group activity tables here. There is also a small stair way to the roof.
Roof
Ok on the roof I got a bit carried away, I created a roof top gym that is perfect in the spring and autumn but not so good in the winter, and I bet you know why! Yes frozen butt cheeks! I also created a nice little walkway so your Sims can’t fall off the roof. It then leads to a grand piano and a telescope.
Outside



Ok this is the best bit! I have spent so long doing it I’m so amazed! Ok we have a fence all the way round the grounds, you don’t want strangers ogling at your girls! I have made large ponds with bridges over them (took me ages to do!) I also used different plants placed in them to make them look more attractive. Ok best bit! Heart pool! Ok ok it’s not a proper heart but it looks nice anyway, I then made a poolside bar complete with a small flat roof so you can shade from the sun. I also made a flower garden with a little bench where you’re quieter Sims can relax and read. There is also a cute little greenhouse that you can only access over a little bridge!

I’m sorry but words and pictures really don’t justify it that well. If you think it looks ok but not that good in pictures download anyway and if you hate it just delete it! I also just want to add that although Bon Voyage is selected as a requirement I did not use any objects from either build or buy mode. Don’t know if you can still download if you don’t have Bon Voyage, perhaps consult a Mod.

I really do love this university I wish I could go there! I hope all your Sims love it to and if you download can you leave a comment to tell me what you think, constructive criticism welcome.
