This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

Hello again, kiddies! Some of you have been begging for a bedroom set, and I felt like making something with mind-meltingly intricate wood carvings.
Win-win, yeah?
Named Xavier because anything starting with an 'x' is pretty awesome by default.
And because I can't ever think of anything creative to name my sets. :P
There are Pets and non-Pets versions of the bed and seating pieces, and Seasons and non-Seasons versions of the armoire.
Be sure to download the correct one for your EP's.
And guess what this set uses! The repository technique!! Man, that's going to get old someday.
You
must have the
bench in your game for the other pieces of the set to show up properly.
