This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
Update: Since a number of people have asked for adult/teen/whatever conversions, or tank tops added, you can download my PSD file with all the panties
HERE. I also added tank top alpha and textures to the file so that adding tanks should be simple. You are also welcome to upload your alterations to MTS2. Also, I use Photoshop CS3 so I don't know if it'll work with lower versions.

migamoo, so without her I would have had to do more work and that would have been sad. There's not much of her work left since I re-did the textures, shading, and alpha, but I started with her stuff so I wanted to say thanks nonetheless. Thanks, migamoo!
