This will work with all expansions up to and including Freetime--I don't have
Apartment Life yet (I'm busy moving actually, lol). There's only one piece of custom content, and that is a roof tile recolor by moonlight_muse. Thank you. Here is another somewhat unusual home. I left the top floor unfurnished because some folks might not like the bird shape and want to take it off. In my opinion I think it makes the structure look unique. But that's just me. This is also the first house for which I used auto-roofing tool (partially), because it made the bird's 'feathers' look more realistic. It has four bedrooms (one is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet), five full baths (one on the third floor--that's the only room I put in on that floor), and three 3/4 baths. There are two 2-car garages, a second floor lounge/game room, roomy kitchen and dining area, a hot-tub in the back lawn (covered), two partially covered 2nd floor decks, two third-story decks, a large tree and a few smaller trees in the back yard, and four apple trees on each side of the front yard. Plus four flower beds leading to the double front door and the four main sim workbenches in the garages. I did a lot of landscape painting and placed many outdoor lights--the place is well-lit when it's dark. There is plenty of room for expansion on the third floor. Perhaps another bathroom and three more bedrooms. Or whatever you like. The full bathroom on the third floor is completely finished. If you intend to have a medium-size family that will expand, this is the perfect home for you. It went through many radical changes through it's creation, but I believe the end result is rather unique: Front of House: ![]() First Floor, Top-Down: ![]() Second Floor, Top-Down: ![]() Third Floor, Top-Down: ![]() Custom Content Included: - Light Marble Maxis Recolor Muse Roof Tiles by moonlight_muse I hope you enjoy my home! publicsim99 Lot Size: 3x3 Lot Price: 225,669 Additional Credits: Those that helped me in order of appearance: Reyn, for all-around sensible advice poplers, thanks for your timely advice @my for helping me figure out bits here and there morphead for bluntly pointing out the impracticality of the first design, lol Randir, for commenting on zigzagging walls and whatnot smmi73 for helping me decide which main fence type to use, and other general comments Christine11778, thanks for pointing out the columns, garage doors and the roof, which were all changed. fernandez1985, thanks for your support!
