Presenting my first upload... The Calmville Beach!
It is a beach with a mini-restaurant (and some tables outside), a playground, and a bar.

This lot requires the download of the WallWindow Basic set by Numenor, which is available here. In short, NOT INCLUDED!

P.S.: "Calmville" is the name i gave to the nhood this was built in. More like "Plantville", since the nhood has mostly plantsims living in it.
So don't worry if people that go there are more likely to turn into plantsims
