hey, On my game it still doesn't allow me to put the lots wherever I want. Can somebody help me with this?

This is a camera modification. It alters how much of the neighbourhood you can see. It has nothing to do with lot placement. Lots can still only be placed where they can normally be placed; e.g. connected to a road.
This mod just lets you see more road to place lots by.

The first post tells you what to do with the text file. You put it in the game's cameras folder and let it overwrite the original. Make sure you make a copy of the original first though and save it some place else like on your desktop of in your documents folder.

Many thanks! I was getting annoyed with the Downtown view being so in-your-face that I looked around and found your file. It's so weird to finally go anywhere and see lots easily whereas I had to turn around in certain ways to see them. Thank you so much!
