This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.

Number three of my six-set upload is not really a "set" per-se, but a worthy addition to your game nonetheless.
Back when Kitchen and Bath Interior Design Stuff was first released, I heard someone mention that they wanted the little rubber duckie on the "You Got Feets Bathtub" as a separate item for decorative purposes. I thought this was a good idea, and since no one else has done it yet (unless I missed it), I extracted him myself.
Catalog Description: "All this little guy wants is a friend to play with in the bathtub. Is that too much to ask?"
