The first in a series of lots named after (you guessed it) states. built on a 2x1 lot, this 2 bedroom 1 bath house is a great starter home for young sims stepping out in the world. due to it's small footprint it's not difficult to find a spot even in the most crowded neighborhood for this little gem!

I really like this little guy. Lets take a tour, shall we? As we approach the house we see a lovely fenced in garden area with a small patio to the left. All we need is a table and chairs to make it a great outdoor relaxation spot.

Turning to the right we enter the front door. We come in to a small foyer with space for a coat rack or a small console table. From the foyer we head left into the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is small but functional with space for three at the table. Heading to the right we encounter the living area as well as the stairs to the 2nd floor. The living area comes complete with a desk and chair, sofa, book case and television set. Theres plenty of space to rearrainge or add furniture and the many windows let in massive amounts of light.

Lets go upstairs now and at the top of the steps we see an easel tucked into an awkward corner. A bookcase, large plant or a small chair would also look nice in that space. The upstairs hall is fairly large with the bathroom on one side and the 2 bedrooms on the other. Theres a door to the balcony here which lets your sims sit and enjoy the sunset if they are so inclined. The bedrooms are pretty plain. One houses a double bed and a floor mirror and the other, while quite small, fits a single bed and still has space for other furnishings or personal items.

Note: there are no light fixtures in the house for a good reason. I've found that most people will remove and replace the standard fixtures I put in anyway so I chose to exclude them with the exception of the lamp by the sofa. This way you put up the lamps you want as apposed to me slapping a cheap ceiling lamp in every room and you having to change them all out. I hope you understand my logic on this
