Ahh, I've been waiting for you to do this! "When is plasticbox going to start making apartments" I've thought. And now they're here, yay!

WOW, I really like the look of this house. It looks so different from what you normally do, but it has a hint of your normal work if I am making any sense. LOL :p

I just popped in to say I converted this lot for apartments last night and it worked just fine. I changed things in the basement and made it a games room. I also put in the trash chutes and a burglar alarm (one in the hall is best rather than the individual apartments as the policeman will politely wait for the burglar to finish using the lift to come down to ground level before he gets in to go up to the apartment where the theft occurred!). One of the things I dislike about custom apartments is all the effort required to furnish the damn things and DL your's fully furnished saves a lot of pratting about - you just need to do small adaptations to get it to work seamlessly. Also, I really like the townhousey-sort-of lots. Nice job.

These remind me of an old house that was converted into apartments. These are gorgeous.

The tiny but complete apartment house is charming. I especially like the basement and may add a washer/dryer there. Cute!
