Another mini apartment house on a 1x2 lot; the floorplan is similar to Backdoor Lane 54 but not quite the same. It also feels a little more luxurious overall. The building has three apartments for 1, 2, and 3 sims (+ pets), a tiny garden in front and a swimming pool in the basement. There is a lift between the ground floor and the top floor and enough room for one rotated driveway in front (frillen's Invisible Driveway recommended).

This is *not an AL lot* (see Backdoor Lane 10 for info on non-AL apartments), but it's probably not hard to convert it into one – the apartments have only one door each and are completely enclosed by walls/fences.


Apartment 1 (ground floor):



1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/living
1 x bathroom

This one has a balcony with access from the double bedroom; it's fully furnished for up to 3 sims and a pet or two. It doesn't come with any extras in terms of hobby stuff, but you could put an easel or chessboard on the balcony.


Apartment 2 ("middle floor" – first/second, whichever way you count):



1 x double bedroom
1 x double bedroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living
1 x bathroom

Has a balcony as well; comes with an easel and a telescope. Fully furnished for 1–2 sims.


Apartment 3 (top floor):



1 x single bedroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living
1 x bathroom

You won't be able to put a double bed in the bedroom even though it's relatively large, except if you use Inge's accessibility hack for double beds next to walls (look at simlogical.com). Fully furnished; includes a piano, a workout machine and a chess set on top of the usual basics.

I've just seen on the screenshot that I apparently forgot the phone in this apartment – one the wall between the bathroom/bedroom doors would be a good spot for one.


Playtested for basic functionality (just the building without furniture); stairs, lift and pool work fine. The basement is easy to view since the backside is real walls, not foundation.

This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1); you can easily enlarge the lot with that if your sims want more outdoor space.
